After spending 20 years within Human Resources, working for many different businesses, I decided to set up Webster HR Consultancy.  When it comes to HR practice I have seen the good, the bad and the ugly and I would like to help you implement the best approach to managing your greatest asset – your people.

Previously, I have worked with small, medium and large organisations in a variety of HR roles spanning Recruitment, Training, Organisational Development, Employee Relations, Reward, and Business Partnering. All of this experience has given me a huge insight into the true value that Human Resources can bring to a company and (Finance Directors will appreciate this) the bottom line.

There are a range of 'HR' and 'Learning' services that I provide, such as:
